Information you provide
When you submit our contact form, you provide your name, business email, company and any information you choose to include in your message. Please avoid including confidential or sensitive company information.
How information is used
PaceScale uses inquiries to respond to your request, discuss potential services, and maintain related business correspondence. We do not sell contact-form information.
Third-party services
Our contact form is submitted using FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery provider. Appointment booking is provided through Google Calendar; scheduling information is handled under Google's applicable terms and privacy practices. Links to LinkedIn and other external websites are governed by their own policies.
Free assessment
The 15-question readiness assessment calculates results locally in your browser. The assessment does not transmit your answers to PaceScale. If you separately submit a contact inquiry or book an appointment, that information is handled as described above.
Retention and requests
Business inquiries may be retained as needed for correspondence and legitimate business records. To ask about information you submitted or request deletion where applicable, email michael@pacescale.ai.
Website operation
Our website is hosted through Cloudflare Pages. Hosting and related infrastructure may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, for security and delivery. This notice should be reviewed and updated if additional analytics, advertising, CRM or email-marketing services are introduced.
